Description
This house is a safety hazard and dumping ground --- why is it not being tagged by city? It's a disaster and has been magnet for multiple fires. Absentee owner should be penalized if they can't get it razed.

This issue will be resolved imminently. The land is for sale as a probate sale, so clearly the previous owner is now dead and I expect the buyer to clear the land and develop it.
