Description

The city garbage receptacle in front of Saint Jarleth church on Fruitvale Ave. is over filled and garbage is falling onto the sidewalk next to plastic bags set around said garbage receptacle. Homeless sleep in their cars near the church sometimes. This could be their garbage.
