Description

there is a homeless person who has established camp at the corner of Filbert and 24th. It is a health hazard for the homless person and for residents. Tehre is trash everywhere and the camp is expanding every day. Please do a health and safety check for this person/ this is a residential area with kids who now can't use the sidewalk or street. Stroller and wheelchair can't use the sidewalk either. this is non-compliant to ADA. this has been reported numerous times, why is nothing being done?
