Traffic during commute hours is extremely heavy with bumper to bumper traffic. Traffic can, and usually does, back up all the way to the previous Birmingham Rd. - Birmingham Hwy. four-way. This not only causes a tremendous increase in time taken to get past this area, but also causes many issues with customers trying to gain access to the business section (I.e.- Publix, Suntrust, etc.). Adding a streetlight at the Birmingham Rd. - Freemanville Rd. four-way, let alone both, would greatly reduce commute time and ease road conditions.
