Descrizione
I know this lot is privately owned and going to be developed, but I am certain the piles of dirt poured on top of the concrete in this lot are not part of "new construction". I called city as I spotted the initial DUMP (show in pic) but there are lots more piles now and still I have not gotten a call back. What's up with this? Dirt being dumped does not improve the air-quality / health issues in this already challenged neighborhood. Please RESPOND with some answer or direction on who to contact since I've gotten no response as of yet through phone messages.
