Same thing on the north-east corner of Carmen and Central Park. This has been going on for years and reported many times.

Nothing was done. The water is still there. I've reported this problem 3 times and it keeps getting closed with no resolution.

Once again, we have a rainstorm. And once again, it becomes evident that NOTHING has been done by the city to resolve this problem. And yet, the issue keeps getting "closed" here. What action has been taken? Who is responsible? What will it take to actually have some sort of response other than a "verified official" closing the issue online?

Closed again? CLOSED??? Not so much. What action was taken by the city? Clearly... NOTHING! Another storm last night... Another morning having to deal with the blocked up storm drain after learning that this issue has been "closed" by a "Verified Official." This would be comical except for the fact that it's not at all humorous. Who is this "Verified Official" and by what justification is this person deeming this issue "closed?" I'll keep re-opening the issue with photographic evidence until the situation is resolved. Thank you.

Request has been looked into - the request is being closed out because in the system it appears as a Sanitation Code Violation however in the notes it clearly states that it has been closed out and opened up under the appropriate type of ticket under Water Department - So 15-061167455 was closed out but was reopened as 15-06225733 so that it can be looked at by the appropriate department
